Michael Jamieson has been a Chef in the Rochester, New York area for over 20 years. Before joining Wegmans Food Markets, Inc he gained much of his experience working at multiple restaurants and country clubs throughout Rochester. He joined Wegmans in 2011 and Chef Michael is currently the Store Chef at Lyell Avenue Wegmans. These days his passion is sharing a love of fresh ingredients and teaching his employees and customers about healthy and affordable meal solutions.

Chef Anthony Pollino
Executive Chef at Murphy's Law in Webster
The youngest in his family, Anthony Pollino spent time watching his grandmother and mother create not only the daily meals but those wonderful Sunday dinners you have only dreamed about. All though he spent his late teens and early 20’s pursuing a career in law enforcement it was in the end that he decided to follow in the steps of his grandmother and mother joining the culinary world. After culinary school Chef Anthony interned in some well known restaurants until starting his own cooking path in Syracuse, New York. Along the way there was a small stop for some tv opportunity but ultimately the bright lights weren’t for him. After time as the executive chef at the famous Gould Hotel and other finger lakes restaurants Chef Anthony has joined us in Rochester, New York as the executive chef of Murphy’s Law in Webster, NY.

Chef Gary Guisti
Sous Chef at Wegmans Food Markets, Holt Road Location
Gary Giusti has had incredible customer service working with Wegmans Food Markets, Inc. since 1988. He has worked in many areas of the stores including Bakery, Seafood as a manager and the Chef in the Menu Cooking School featuring professional recipes and techniques to help making home cooking easier. Currently, Chef Gary is the Sous Chef at the Holt Road Wegmans. His passions including cooking, fishing and playing the guitar.

Personal In-home Catering Chef and Healthy Coach
Bonnie Camarella has been in the restaurant business for over 30 years. Bonnie began her career as a line cook and grew professionally, eventually opening her own restaurant in Webster, NY called Salads Etc. Over the next 13 years both the business and her customer base grew until Bonnie started her own in home catering company focusing on healthy choices. Additionally, Bonnie works closely with local Rochester non-profits like Hope Lodge, cooking for patients and their families. Recently her new certification as a Healthy Coach will allow Bonnie to teach others about healthy cooking that will lead to positive lifestyle changes. Bonnie loves vegetables but above all else she loves cooking organically. Her favorite quote is "Relax, enjoy the party and let me do the work."

Chef at Next Door by Wegmans
James DeVito has worked for Wegmans Food for 5 years and is now an Executive Chef at Next Door Bar and Grill by Wegmans in Pittsford, NY. Before working at Next Door Bar and Grill he led Prepared Foods at the Holt Road Wegmans location. Jimmy has a love for good coffee but more than anything his real passion is Sushi!
